IEYC and FasTracKids
IEYC CURRICULUM
The International Early Years Curriculum is shortened to IEYC.
All teachers across the BRIS International Preschool system participated in a professional training session with education specialists from the International Curriculum Association (ICA).
FASTRACKIDS CURRICULUM
FasTracKids is a proprietary US educational program designed with dynamic interaction to help children aged 3 to 8 develop essential 21st-century skills.
Our mission is to ensure every child enters their future academic journey with confidence and a profound enthusiasm for learning.
Kindergarten Programme
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME
The international programme at BRIS is designed based on a combination of the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) by ICA, the United Kingdom, and the FasTracKids life skills programme from the United States, helping to inspire children’s passion and develop the skills and qualities needed in the 21st century.
GLOBAL PROGRAMME
Language of instruction: 100% English. Foreign teachers; Vietnamese teaching assistants
INTERNATIONAL BILINGUAL PROGRAMME
Half-day learning in English and half-day learning in Vietnamese Foreign teachers; Vietnamese preschool teachers; Vietnamese teaching assistants

Academic Development
Designed by Fieldwork Education, the curriculum is thoughtfully built around the developmental needs of children aged 2 to 6. At BRIS, children develop a strong early foundation in English, language and literacy, mathematics, science, and the arts which lay the groundwork for lifelong learning.

Personal Development Goals
Children develop the personal learning goals of the IEYC programme, including: Enquiry, Adaptability, Resilience, Morality, Communication, Thoughtfulness, Cooperation, and Respect. In addition, the integration of the FasTracKids programme into the BRIS international kindergarten curriculum helps to strengthen and further develop the essential 21st-century skills (5Cs), including: Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Confidence, and Creativity.

Physical Development and Healthy Living
Independent and interdependent learning experiences create the context for personal development and form the foundation of an international mindset. The programme also focuses on developing children’s awareness and understanding of the importance of healthy habits, nutrition, and physical exercise, helping them improve their self-help skills, learn how to care for, keep clean, and protect their bodies, pay attention to safety, and seek help when necessary.
